Prisoners Will Be Required To Make Their Own Tissue Paper!

This is not a joke!

In Iowa, prison inmates will begin to make toilet tissue to save the state about 100 grand every year.

The Iowa corrections facility use almost 900,000 rolls of toilet tissue annually. Manufacturing it in-house would save 100 grand and could probably create fifty full time jobs for prison inmates.

This report further exhibits the fact that going to jail is a dungy proposition!
