Adolescent Pot Use On The Rise While Youth Alcohol Consuming Is Down

A new national publication implies that adolescent Mary Jane usage is up and adolescent alcohol consumption is dropping.

In the annual survey, experts interviewed 8th, 10th, and 12th graders around the country, and found that marijuana, ecstasy and heroine use is up.

They report indicated that youngster who smoke Mary Jane on a regular basis has tripled in the last decade, but their perceived risk on the drug has declined.

The survey also discovered that more teens smoke Mary Jane than cigarettes.

A high school student suggests that cigarettes are harder to locate than pot, which is sad.

The rise in Mary Jane use maybe contributed to the legalization of medical Marijuana in some states.

The report also figured out that prescription drug abuse is up.

The most reliable way to counteract this issue is through proper education on the issue.
